DMP TEACHER TIME AUCTION ITEMS

On Sunday February 25th, 2018 at 8:00 am, the Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters Auction items and other Del Mar Pines School Auction items will officially go on the auction block. Adults will have the opportunity to bid online until Wednesday February 28th, 2018 at 3:30 pm. The final winning bids will be notified by e-mail Wednesday evening. Payment is due for all Teacher Time Items if you are not attending the Spring Event on March 2nd.

No bids will be accepted by phone call to Del Mar Pines staff. You may have another parent bid on your behalf with your permission.

All Teacher Time Auction items will be scheduled at a mutually decided upon time between teachers and parents. Parents will be required to sign a waiver of liability for all activities that will take place off of the Del Mar Pines campus.

Bidding for the remaining Silent Auction, Live Auction, and Raise the Paddle items will take place at the Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters event on the evening of
Saturday, March 3rd, 2018 
 

GENERAL ETIQUETTE AND RULES

All purchases are final, and there will be no exchanges, refunds or extensions unless otherwise specified. Please respect all the restrictions set by the donor. Your signature, bid online or bid number on the bid sheet constitutes a legal contract to purchase and acceptance of terms.

Restaurant certificates do not include liquor, tax, or gratuities, unless otherwise indicated.

All items must be removed from the Farmer and The Seahorse at Torrey Pines the night of the Auction. The Del Mar Pines Foundation for Education is not responsible for items purchased and not removed.

Payment in full is required at the Auction. Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express will be accepted. We are a 501(c)3 charitable organization and your payments are tax deductible as a charitable contribution, but only to the extent provided by law which typically limits the tax deductible portion of your payment to the amount in excess of the fair value of the items received.

Unless otherwise noted, all goods and services must be claimed and used within one year of the auction date. Purchasers of stays at vacation homes should contact the donor within one month of the Auction to arrange time of use.

Mobile on-line bidding for "Silent Auction" will be offered at the event. To bid in the "Silent Auction",  write your bidder number legibly on the silent auction bid sheet. Bid Raises must be at least the minimum increments specified on the bid sheet. If the minimum bid is not observed, your bid is void. 

The Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters Committee has attempted to correctly describe all items, but all property is sold "as is", and neither warrants nor represents, and shall in no event be responsible for the correctness of the descriptions, authenticity, authorship, provenance or condition of the property. No statement contained in our materials, or made orally at the sale or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation or assumption or liability. The Committee reserves the right to add or withdraw, without notice, items to or from the Auction.
